Storyline. It looks like Czech society is LGBT+ friendly. But when it comes to legalizing marriage, ignorance and hatred suddenly appear. Czeslaw, and his companions run a campaign to show that the fight for LGBT+ rights in Europe is not over.

'The Law of Love' guarantees marriage for all, regardless of their sexual orientation, and is supported by the majority of the population of Czechia. So who doesn't like the proposal and who does? What is the difference between marriage and civil union?

We follow the tense journey through Czech society, which leads from the collection of petition signatures, through television debates to the debates in the parliamentary chamber that lead to the vote. The clash between the progressive and conservative parts of the population is illustrated by politicians during their performances. Ignorance, fear, and the inability to make any decisions are not the only things preventing legislation. Are we really as liberal as we present ourselves? Will love win out over lies and hatred in the end?
