Yes, the Honorary Consulate is able to issue an emergency passport to Czech citizens that allows them to return to the Czech Republic to obtain a replacement full passport. The emergency passport is valid for a limited period of time to enable this travel.

Can I renew my Czech passport at the Honorary Consulate?

How do I report a stolen or missing Identity Card?
This detailed Reporting a Lost ID Card FAQ explains the process of reporting the loss of an Identity Card. You are required by Czech law to apply for a new ID within 15 working days of the loss, theft or destruction of an identity card or expiry of the validity of the present identity card.

How do I register the birth of a newborn child?
Special arrangements have been made to facilitate the registration of birth of children, born in Malta from at least one parent who is a Czech citizen, and who wish to apply for Czech citizenship and a Czech birth certificate for your child.
