Yes, the Honorary Consulate is able to issue an emergency passport to Czech citizens that allows them to return to the Czech Republic to obtain a replacement full passport. The emergency passport is valid for a limited period of time to enable this travel.

Special arrangements have been made to facilitate the registration of birth of children, born in Malta from at least one parent who is a Czech citizen, and who wish to apply for Czech citizenship and a Czech birth certificate for your child.
