The Honorary Consulate of the Czech Republic has made a special arrangement with the Honorary Consulate of the Slovak Republic so that, in the event of the absence of the Czech Honorary Consul from Malta, Czech citizens that require emergency passports to return to the Czech Republic following the loss or theft of their passports/ID Cards, can be issued with a European Travel Document by the Slovak Consulate.
